We continued our sightseeing today by traveling out to a monument, Okshadam Swaminaryan in Gandhinaga which is dedicated to the founder of a specific sect of the Hindu religion.

I also did a little shopping yesterday and ended up buying a full Thali set. What with this set, and the recipes, I think you can guess what you'll get fed if ya come and visit me when I get back!. Here in India, they have their names engraved into all of their utensils to avoid mixing them up. Well, how else do you seperate two dozen stainless steel Thali dishes? So, when in Rome...
